Family Mediation
Mediation is a cost effective way of resolving issues where both parties try to work out a fair solution to children or financial problems arising from divorce or separation.By promoting communication between divorcing or separating couples, Mediation can resolve issues without the need for costly Court proceedings.
As our Mediation service is accredited by the Legal Services Commission, we can provide Legal Aid for those who qualify.
At the end of the Mediation process a document will be prepared which records the agreement reached between the parties. This document can then be converted into a legally binding Court Order.
